my humble two cents: i don't care for the flat call on the turn. i think you reraise back, possibly overbetting the pot, to put HIM to a tough decision.
per the river call, i think you are pot committed and have to do so, albeit it somewhat disdainfully.
I agree with iggy that you should have raised on the turn instead of calling... with a low set, you want to either drive him out of the pot or make him show strength (if he's holding a full house, for instance). With a flat call, you don't have enough of an idea whether the 5000 on the river is a bluff or not.
I also agree with iggy that you're pot-committed and have to call, but with every expectation that it won't end well.
